Throughout the first part of this article, some of you readers may have thought I was overly-cynical of the Military and a bit harsh on them. Well, for those who think that I would suggest that reading up on the Russian Military, Columbian Military, African Militaries and many others, including reports and news stories on corruptions and illegal conflicts and then deciding what you think Post-Apocolyptic remnants of the Militaries would be like. Heh heh- not pretty, eh?

Right, back on to the main article. So far, we’ve covered the gradual build-up of power that the Military in the Wasteland may and will accumulate over time – about a few weeks to several months – and that they are the most well-equipped and supplied faction that will be present in the Wastes for some time. What we didn’t cover is what would happen once the Military started to exert that power. Let’s have a bit of “informed speculation” then, shall we?
